Description

As a Unity Team Lead, you’ll own the early-game experience,  the first 7 days that set the tone for every player’s journey. You’ll guide a cross-functional team to deliver intuitive, engaging features that make players want to return after their first session. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for onboarding flows, polished gameplay, and team leadership.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead a multidisciplinary team in designing and refining the new player journey
  • Take full ownership of the team’s direction, delivery, and technical standards
  • Collaborate with product managers, analysts, and designers to align goals and create engaging early-game experiences
  • Champion technical excellence and best practices across Unity development
  • Evaluate tools and technologies, drive innovation, and implement scalable solutions
  • Facilitate team ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
  • Mentor developers and support their technical and professional growth
  • Coordinate with other teams across the company to ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 6 years of professional experience in software development
  • At least 2 years in a team leadership or tech lead role
  • Deep expertise in C# and Unity engine – must-have
  • Proven experience shipping games to production
  • Solid understanding of scalable, high-performance game architecture
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Passion for player experience and continuous improvement
