Recruitment
1) Your personal data shall be processed for the recruitment purposes (to review and assess your candidacy, contact you regarding the status of your application, make hiring decisions and, if applicable, prepare an employment or contract agreement). The data will be processed on the basis of your consent, under the Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council (EU) no. 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 („GDPR”), in particular its Art. 6.1.a and Art. 9.2.a;
2) Your personal data may be revealed to the employees and other personnel of 8BIT spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, the related companies – providers of services related to this recruitment (e.g. IT services), and/or and under the agreements to process the data. Your personal data may be transferred outside the EU, however in such case the transfer will take place on the basis of a respective agreement between 8BIT spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością and the data recipient, containing the standard clauses protecting the personal data, as required by GDPR. We don’t share your data with any employers without your consent. The only time we’d share your details would be to a company you’d directly expressed an interest in;
3) Your personal data shall be processed during the entire time of the current recruitment process. Upon the end of the process the data will be erased, unless you agree to the processing for the purposes of the future recruitment. In such case the data will be processed until you withdraw your consent.
4) You have right to access your personal data, rectify the data, erase the data, restrict the processing, oppose the processing and right to data portability. You may anytime withdraw the consent to process your personal data. The withdrawal shall not affect the legal compliance of processing made on the basis of your consent prior to its withdrawal. CV Review Service
1) When you request our CV Review Service available at https://8bitplay.com/cv-review/, we may collect personal data that you share with us voluntarily (including your name, contact information, and resume details). We use this information exclusively to provide a customized set of consultations—focusing on revamping your CV and preparing you for upcoming interviews. We will not process these details for any other purpose. 2) For the CV Review Service, we ensure your personal data is handled with utmost confidentiality and is only accessible to individuals directly involved in providing the service. This includes administrators of the contact@8bitplay.com inbox and the recruiter delivering the service.

Hire Us Contact Form
