We’re looking for a UA/Growth Manager for our client’s upcoming shooter title to lead performance marketing efforts and scale user acquisition. If you are someone eager to experiment, iterate, and drive measurable results in a fast-paced, ambitious environment, this hands-on role is for you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan, execute, and scale user acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and YouTube
Own attribution, cohort analysis, and reporting (AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.)
Optimize for key metrics: CPI, CAC, LTV, and ROAS
Test and evaluate new growth strategies including AI tools, meme marketing, referral loops, and viral community mechanics
Work closely with creatives to iterate and improve ad performance
Monitor trends and continuously refine UA strategies to exceed benchmarks
REQUIREMENTS
3+ years of experience in performance marketing or UA, ideally within the gaming industry
Strong knowledge of major ad platforms, attribution tools, and marketing funnels
Results-driven mindset with a passion for growth, data, and creative experimentation
Proven success scaling mobile games or apps to 100k+ users profitably
NICE TO HAVE
Experience working with crypto-native or Web3 gaming audiences
Familiarity with Discord, Telegram, or community-based viral channels
Previous work on early-stage or launch campaigns
