The client is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to drive full-cycle hiring efforts for technical roles. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR to source top talent, shape processes, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
This is a hybrid role in Warsaw and requires fluent Polish and English. RESPONSIBILITIES
Own and manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
Source candidates through diverse channels and maintain talent pipelines
Coordinate interviews, evaluate candidate fit, and support offer processes
Ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience at every stage
REQUIREMENTS
5+ years in full-cycle recruitment in gaming industry
Hands-on experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
Proficient in Polish and English, with strong communication skills
Strong organizational skills and execution mindset
Ability to build solid relationships with hiring teams and candidates
