Description

We’re looking for a Solana Developer to join lean, mission-driven team building the next generation of decentralized applications. Whether you’re obsessed with the Rust toolchain or driven by building high-performance on-chain logic that scales, we’d love to talk to you.
This is a fully remote position. The team operates globally and asynchronously, but clear communication and team ownership are critical.

• Developing, testing, and deploying smart contracts on the Solana blockchain (Rust-based)
• Designing secure, scalable, and gas-efficient on-chain programs
• Collaborating with frontend and product teams to integrate smart contracts into dApps
• Maintaining and upgrading existing Solana-based codebases
• Participating in protocol design discussions and architecture reviews
• Reviewing code from team members and contributing to technical documentation

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong experience with Rust
• Hands-on experience building and deploying Solana smart contracts (programs)
• Familiarity with Solana development tools: Anchor, Solana CLI, Solana Program Library (SPL)
• Solid understanding of blockchain fundamentals and decentralized systems
• Ability to write secure and gas-efficient code
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies
• Clear, proactive communication and comfort working in a distributed team
