Maintaining and improving build processes, testing workflows, and code review practices.
Providing technical input during early design discussions to ensure gameplay features are practical, scalable, and efficient.
Sharing Unreal Engine expertise with the team, helping improve workflows, development practices, and overall technical knowledge.

Broad technical knowledge across multiple areas of Unreal Engine development, with the ability to work beyond a single specialization.
Experience developing tools, systems, or workflows that support designers, artists, and other engineers.
Ability to independently investigate unfamiliar parts of Unreal Engine, troubleshoot complex problems, and implement effective solutions.
A proactive, hands-on approach to development, with the ability to take ownership of technical challenges and features.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, particularly when working with multidisciplinary teams.
Professional working proficiency in English.
