A dynamic and innovative mobile gaming studio is seeking an experienced Senior User Acquisition Manager. RESPONSIBILITIES
Campaign Management: Oversee user acquisition channels, ensuring campaigns are optimized through data insights.
Creative Production & Research: Manage external creative agencies, focusing on developing winning concepts that drive user acquisition efforts.
Insights & Reporting: Provide detailed analysis and reporting on campaign performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
Ad Partner Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with advertising platforms and networks, testing new traffic sources to explore growth potential.
Industry Research: Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices to keep the studio competitive in a fast-paced environment.
REQUIREMENTS
Campaign Optimization: Proven experience in managing and optimizing user acquisition campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Google, TikTok, and ad networks such as Unity and Applovin.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to enhance campaign performance.
Mobile Gaming UA Expertise: Solid understanding of the mobile gaming industry, with experience driving installs, engagement, and retention across key platforms.
Creative Management: Experience managing the development and optimization of creative assets.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration across teams and with external partners.
Problem Solving: Strong critical-thinking abilities, with a proven track record of thriving in a metrics-driven environment.
NICE TO HAVE
Proficiency in SQL, Python, or advanced Excel skills, with experience in data-driven marketing strategies.
