As a Senior Technical Artist, you will be the crucial link between artistic vision and technical execution, ensuring that projects achieve both visual excellence and optimal performance on target platforms. Collaborating closely with artists and developers, you will design tools, shaders, and solutions that enhance the team’s efficiency and push the boundaries of interactive visuals. RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement shaders, VFX, and technical solutions to achieve high-quality visual effects for assets and environments.
Create custom Unity tools to streamline workflows for both artistic and development teams.
Test and debug your work to ensure seamless integration within the project.
Collaborate with artists and developers to design visually stunning and technically efficient solutions tailored to project needs.
Optimize assets and scenes to improve rendering performance across platforms, including mobile.
Provide technical support and guidance to artists and developers on solving technical art challenges.
Analyze and resolve complex rendering and asset issues.
REQUIREMENTS
Fluent Polish language speaker
Extensive experience as a Technical Artist, with a deep understanding of Unity’s systems and tools.
Highly skilled in shader development (CG, ShaderLab, Shader Graph, post-processing, and VFX).
Strong knowledge of linear algebra, vector operations, transformations, and procedural rendering techniques.
Experience optimizing assets and scenes for different platforms, including mobile.
Proficient in C# and have experience developing custom Unity editor tools to enhance workflows.
Expertise in 3D modeling (high and low-poly modeling, UV unwrapping, baking, texturing).
Understand rendering optimization for mobile devices.
Skilled in performance analysis tools and debugging rendering issues.
Strong artistic sense, with a keen eye for proportion, color, and composition.
Detail-oriented and have excellent communication skills, allowing you to work effectively across teams.
