Description

The studio is hiring a Senior Technical Artist to develop its upcoming 3D top-down factory game. The ideal candidate will take ownership of rendering, shaders, and visual tooling, ensuring both performance and artistic fidelity while collaborating closely with a small, passionate team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with artists, programmers, and the Game Director to translate the visual vision into a performant and scalable Unity experience.
  • Own and evolve the rendering pipeline.
  • Build and optimize shaders, lighting, VFX, and materials.
  • Maintain visual consistency and performance throughout development.
  • Develop art workflows, tooling, and pipelines to streamline production.
  • Profile and resolve rendering bottlenecks.
  • Explore and implement advanced Unity rendering features (URP/HDRP, VFX Graph, etc.).

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of experience working as a Technical Artist in gamedev (PC/console games)
  • Strong background in rendering, graphics programming, and performance optimization.
  • Ownership mentality around graphics systems and art pipelines.
  • Availability to work within CET-compatible hours.
