The studio is hiring a Senior Technical Artist to develop its upcoming 3D top-down factory game. The ideal candidate will take ownership of rendering, shaders, and visual tooling, ensuring both performance and artistic fidelity while collaborating closely with a small, passionate team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with artists, programmers, and the Game Director to translate the visual vision into a performant and scalable Unity experience.
Own and evolve the rendering pipeline.
Build and optimize shaders, lighting, VFX, and materials.
Maintain visual consistency and performance throughout development.
Develop art workflows, tooling, and pipelines to streamline production.
Profile and resolve rendering bottlenecks.
Explore and implement advanced Unity rendering features (URP/HDRP, VFX Graph, etc.).
REQUIREMENTS
5+ years of experience working as a Technical Artist in gamedev (PC/console games)
Strong background in rendering, graphics programming, and performance optimization.
Ownership mentality around graphics systems and art pipelines.
Availability to work within CET-compatible hours.
