Description

We seek a skilled individual to spearhead the strategic planning, development, innovation, and implementation of technical solutions that enhance multimedia storytelling initiatives. The role requires a deep understanding of emerging trends related to web3 technology possibilities in the gaming industry and a proactive approach to identifying and seizing innovative opportunities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set up and optimize technical infrastructure for multimedia projects.
• Suggest and implement improvements to technical processes and systems.
• Develop strategic technical foundations for projects.
• Participate in hands-on technical tasks and support team members.
• Stay updated with industry trends to enhance team capabilities.
• Future management of a small team. 

REQUIREMENTS 

• Prior experience in the gaming industry.
• Strong background in web & mobile development, especially architecture. 
• Experience working with Unity engine.
• Frontend and backend development skills.
• Experience building databases and working with APIs.
• Ability to work 20-25 hours per week as a contractor (possibility to have a full-time contract after several months of working in the company).
• Leadership experience.

• Experience or interest in web3 technologies.
