RESPONSIBILITIES
Setting up testing frameworks and QA processes from scratch, ensuring high quality of the game.
Assuming responsibility for promptly testing all upcoming game releases and updates, ensuring they adhere to established quality standards prior to their launch.
Thoroughly detecting, replicating, and documenting problems in comprehensive bug reports, offering precise information for the development team to act upon.
Developing, updating, and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases to cover all functional and technical requirements, across different platforms (iOS, Android) and devices.
Providing valuable and high-quality input in the initial design phases, with a focus on improving the end-user experience, feature quality, and ease of testing in the game.
Fostering a close collaboration with developers and product managers during the production process to efficiently grasp both technical and functional requirements.
Managing and coordinating with external QA freelancers to extend testing capabilities and ensure thorough QA coverage.
Creating and fostering a culture of ongoing enhancement within the QA department, aiming for excellence and becoming the trusted QA authority within the team.
REQUIREMENTS
At least 4+ years of experience in the manual QA and testing domains.
Exposure to the F2P mobile gaming sector.
Clear understanding of gaming trends and user expectations, coupled with a strong passion for gaming (ideally mobile).
Exceptional attention to detail and a knack for identifying inconsistencies and bugs.
Technical insight on a wide range of physical devices from different manufacturers and operating systems.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a cross-functional team.
English fluency.
NICE TO HAVE
Previous experience in setting up QA processes and teams from scratch.
Familiarity with various testing tools, automation frameworks, and bug tracking systems.

Regular employment contract in Germany.
Salary: 35-50k EUR gross yearly.
Working from an office in the city center of Berlin.
