We’re seeking a Product Manager to lead a casual mobile game through ongoing development and live operations, defining how it grows, engages, and retains players over time, as part of a new internal games team within a global entertainment company.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the live service roadmap, setting product goals and KPIs for engagement, retention, and growth
Partner with the external development team to guide design, production, and feature prioritization
Define and optimize engagement loops, progression systems, and monetization strategy
Use player insights, behavioural data, and qualitative research to drive ongoing improvements
Collaborate with internal publishing, marketing, analytics, and operations teams to ensure alignment and consistency in delivery
Champion the player experience and represent the product vision within the wider digital organization
REQUIREMENTS
Experience as a Product Manager in mobile games, ideally in puzzle, word, or casual genres
Proven success scaling a title through soft launch, live operations, and growth stages
Strong understanding of engagement design, retention mechanics, and monetization strategies
Analytical mindset, confident using data to inform and validate product decisions
Collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively with creative external partners
