Our client is looking for a Senior Producer to join the team and help drive upcoming projects forward. If you’re passionate about making games and want to be involved in every stage of development – not just managing spreadsheets – this role is for you. As a producer, you’ll have the freedom to choose your own path – whether it’s supporting Gameplay, Tech, or other areas that match your strengths. We’re looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, collaborating with dev teams, and turning ideas into reality.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Work closely with dev teams to define goals and support their day-to-day progress
Manage production tasks across multiple disciplines like Gameplay, Tech, or Animation
Organize planning sessions, track deliverables, and keep priorities aligned
Coordinate with outsourcing partners and manage external deliverables
Anticipate production challenges and proactively solve them
Keep communication clear and ensure smooth collaboration within and between teams
REQUIREMENTS
2+ years of experience as a game producer, ideally in a AAA environment
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
Experience co-managing teams of 5–10 people
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Comfortable working across multiple disciplines and adapting to change
Experience working with external vendors or outsourcing studios
Passion for games and a proactive, problem-solving attitude
Fluent in English
NICE TO HAVE
Experience on story-driven RPGs or action games
Familiarity with Unreal Engine
Fluent in Polish
