As a Monetization Designer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of the studio’s match-3 game and bring it to next levels.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
In the product operation phase you will be responsible for planning and scheduling all overall commercialization activities.
Design engaging activities, oversee the effectiveness of commercialization activities, and conduct data analysis to achieve continuous growth in commercial data.
Balance the in-game economic system to synchronize the pacing of various modules within the game.
Accountable for core metrics such as conversion rate, ARPU (Average Revenue Per User), and ROI (Return on Investment).
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience working on at least one in-app purchase game that has been operated for more than 3 years
Experience working as a monetization designer for match-3 games for at least 5 years
Understanding of user psychology, recognize the value of data, and design product selling points and strategies that meet practical needs.
Proficient in at least one data analysis tool such as SQL, Python, or R.
Passion for gaming, with preference given to deep experience in casual gaming.
