RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive and close strategic deals in ad mediation, user acquisition, and publishing
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of mid-to-large gaming studios
Take ownership of the full sales cycle—from initial outreach to contract signing
Partner with Product, UA, and Publishing teams to craft customized solutions for each client
Utilize HubSpot for deal tracking, communication management, and performance reporting
Represent the company at industry events and foster long-term partnerships within the gaming industry
REQUIREMENTS
5+ years of business development or sales experience within the gaming industry
Demonstrated success in securing high-value deals in ad monetization, user acquisition, or game publishing
Established network of mid-to-large mobile game studios
Deep understanding of F2P mobile games, monetization strategies, and key growth drivers
Practical experience with HubSpot or comparable CRM tools to manage end-to-end sales processes
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English
NICE TO HAVE
Prior experience selling SaaS solutions or services to mobile game developers
Knowledge of the game publishing process in China, including ISBN registration, ICP licensing, and distribution through third-party app stores
Additional language proficiency (e.g., Chinese, Russian, Turkish) to support international business development
