We are currently looking for a Graphics / Rendering Engineer to join our client’s new team in Warsaw. This role is open to Mid- and Senior-level candidates with hands-on experience in rendering and graphics programming in games. Senior candidates are expected to bring stronger platform expertise. The ideal person has already shipped at least one title in a Rendering Engineer role and is confident working on high-quality projects across PC and console environments. In this role, the hired person will contribute to the development, improvement, and optimization of rendering systems and graphics features, working closely with internal teams and external partners on technically demanding game development challenges. Responsibilities
Develop and maintain rendering and graphics systems for high-quality game projects
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in C/C++
Collaborate closely with artists, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality visual features
Support rendering optimization and platform-specific development across multiple platforms
Take ownership of technical tasks from implementation to debugging, optimization, and polish
Work with internal teams and external partners on complex rendering and graphics-related challenges
Requirements
Proven experience as a Graphics Engineer or Rendering Engineer in game development
At least one shipped title in a similar role
Strong practical knowledge of C/C++
Experience with major graphics APIs such as DirectX, Vulkan, and OpenGL
Solid understanding of rendering pipelines, graphics systems, and performance optimization
Experience in multi-platform game development
Fluent English, written and spoken
Must already be based in Warsaw
Nice to have
Console development experience
Experience working with external development partners
Experience with Unreal Engine and proprietary / in-house engines
