Join a pioneering gaming startup as a Senior Rendering Engineer to build a custom rendering engine for a new PC project. You’ll design advanced rendering techniques, optimize the pipeline, and push the boundaries of graphics technology, shaping the future of gaming with innovative AI-driven solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and develop a custom rendering engine from the ground up.
Implement and optimize advanced rendering techniques, such as real-time lighting, shadows, and post-processing effects.
Establish, profile, debug, and optimize the rendering pipeline.
Continuously research and incorporate cutting-edge rendering technologies.
REQUIREMENTS
5+ years of experience as a 3D rendering/graphics engineer.
Proficiency with C++, Vulkan, and/or OpenGL.
Proven experience working on custom rendering engines, with hands-on involvement in pre-production phases.
Experience releasing games.
Familiarity with Rust.
Fluent in English.
NICE TO HAVE
Familiarity with Bevy, or even better with Embark’s open-sourced kajiya.
Experience building own rendering engine from scratch.
Experience with any of these: real-time global illumination, tilt-shift DoF, ray marching, GPU-driven rendering, and ray tracing.
