RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Guide and mentor QA engineers, fostering collaboration and high performance.
• Ensure quality across games and web platforms from development to release.
• Oversee manual testing (functional, UI/UX, integration, regression) and drive automation efforts.
• Manage test plans, cases, and checklists using tools like TestRail or Jira.
• Implement best practices to enhance workflows and team efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS 

• 5+ years in QA testing, with expertise in games, websites, STP, and STD processes.
• 1+ years leading QA teams, showcasing strong leadership skills.
• Proficient with tools like TestRail, Jira, or similar.
• Detail-oriented and committed to quality, with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in Polish and English.
• Hybrid work setup: 4 days in Warsaw office, 1 day remote.
