RESPONSIBILITIES
Generate ideas based on audience insights, feedback, and market trends, and clearly communicate them to the team
Actively contribute to the discovery process by proposing features aligned with specific goals and measurable criteria
Oversee your features through development, offering feedback to ensure high-quality outcomes
Analyze post-release results, gather data, and draw actionable conclusions to guide future improvements
REQUIREMENTS
Experience with mobile F2P strategy games, particularly 4X, or with designing and developing midcore social features
Background in game design, product ownership, or production
Strong skills in idea generation and writing clear concepts
Ability to break down games into components and understand cause-and-effect relationships
Proficiency in working with metrics and analytics
Proactive approach to solving issues related to your feature
Solid understanding of monetization and how to create monetization opportunities
Openness to receiving and applying feedback
