RESPONSIBILITIES
Own and drive the product roadmap from concept to live ops
Set and track KPIs for engagement, retention, and monetization
Collaborate with designers, developers, artists, and partners
Lead sprint planning and feature prioritization
Conduct player research, market analysis, and competitive reviews
Work closely with marketing and community teams on launch and live strategies
REQUIREMENTS
Proven Product Manager experience in gaming, ideally in UGC or fashion/lifestyle
Strong grasp of game systems, economies, and player behavior
Comfortable with data-driven decision-making and live ops
Excellent communication and organizational skills
NICE TO HAVE
Familiarity with Roblox or similar platforms
Experience with brand/licensing partnerships
Passion for fashion, digital culture, and gaming trends
