Our client – the studio behind shapez and shapez 2, is looking for a Producer who will work closely with engineers, artists, game designers and QA to structure their work, set up and follow through on sprints and make sure they have everything they need to succeed.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Own and maintain the production schedule, milestone planning, and sprint cycles
Facilitate standups, retrospectives, and cross-discipline syncs
Identify risks early and work with leads to find pragmatic solutions
Act as the communication hub between disciplines (art, engineering, design, audio)
Help define and improve studio processes and workflows over time
REQUIREMENTS
You have experience as a studio producer with at least one shipped title, ideally in an agile team
You’re a strong planner who keeps things organized without getting stuck in bureaucracy.
You have strong communication skills – you can translate between technical and creative minds
You are familiar with automation or factory building games (50+ hours of playtime)
You are familiar with JIRA
You’re proactive, energetic, and hands-on.
You are BASED IN GERMANY
NICE TO HAVE
Experience shipping or managing console and/or mobile releases.
Experience with player-driven development or Early-Access-Development
Familiarity with publishing pipelines (Steam, console certification, etc.)
Background in or exposure to multiple disciplines (design, art, or engineering)
