RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee and enhance player legal request procedures, including GDPR, DSA, and Terms of Service violations, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
Collaborate with moderation and legal teams to address violations effectively, balancing player and company interests.
Develop proactive strategies for early detection and mitigation of Terms of Service threats.
Establish metrics to monitor and improve legal case handling and threat detection efficiency.
REQUIREMENTS
Passion for games
A degree in Law.
Proven experience in handling legal requests and building legal practices within the gaming industry.
Strong reasoning abilities, capable of making data-driven decisions while keeping the bigger picture in mind.
Expertise in handling GDPR compliance and product-specific Terms of Service cases, with a track record of success.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across teams, ensuring that moderation, legal, and product teams are aligned.
Ability to think strategically, focusing on developing proactive legal policies and procedures that safeguard both the player experience and the company’s interests.
Basic knowledge of SQL

Proficiency in multiple languages at B2 level or higher
