In this role, you will be in charge of building and maintaining moderation practices that keep the game environment safe and enjoyable.

Establish and uphold robust moderation practices to ensure a safe, positive gaming experience for all players.
Lead and nurture a team of moderators, providing guidance and support as they manage in-game content and engage with the community.
Drive innovation in moderation strategies, leveraging advanced technologies to tackle harmful content while maintaining a space for authentic player expression.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align moderation efforts with legal standards and overarching product objectives.
Utilize data insights to continuously refine moderation workflows and anticipate new challenges.
Develop and optimize internal tools to enhance the efficiency and impact of moderation processes.
REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience in a leadership role focused on content moderation (ideally, within the gaming industry).
Genuine enthusiasm for gaming across various genres.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication and team management skills.
Familiarity with content regulations and experience collaborating with legal teams, especially with EU-specific compliance.
Interest in exploring and adopting new tools and technologies, including AI-driven solutions, to enhance moderation capabilities.
Advanced proficiency in regular expressions and SQL.
Fluent English.
