Our client, a growing mobile‑gaming studio is looking for a Senior .NET Backend Developer to join their team and help build a new Puzzle RPG – part of a larger, high‑ambition project based on a major IP. You’ll have a central role in shaping backend architecture, ensuring performance and reliability, and enabling the team to deliver a high‑quality mobile experience.
Responsibilities
Architect, develop and maintain backend services using C# for a mobile RPG.
Work on network programming and build systems designed for high performance, low latency and high availability.
Use and manage infrastructure including databases (SQL / NoSQL), caching (e.g. Redis), and cloud services (AWS).
Containerize and orchestrate services using Docker and Kubernetes (or similar technologies).
Collaborate closely with other developers, designers and product stakeholders.
Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical team members; participate in cross-functional planning and decision making.
Requirements
Strong proficiency in C#.
7+ years of professional software development experience.
Solid experience with network programming and backend services design.
Deep knowledge of multithreading/concurrency, performance tuning, and backend scalability.
Hands‑on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS), Docker, Kubernetes.
Familiarity with messaging/messaging infrastructure (e.g. Kafka or equivalent), SQL and NoSQL databases, caching solutions (e.g. Redis).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – able to work with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
Fluency in Polish and English.
Strong soft‑skills.
