RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop, assess, rebalance, and fine-tune new and existing levels.
• Collaborate with fellow designers to ensure consistency across all levels.
• Actively participate in creative discussions regarding feature reviews and new feature design.
• Work closely with programmers, artists, and other team members to ensure smooth implementation of level designs.
• Stay updated on match-3 game market trends and analyze competitor level designs to maintain our game’s competitiveness.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Visual Arts, Technical Research, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in match-3 games level design, with a track record of successful projects.
• Strong grasp of game balancing and pacing principles.
• Enthusiasm and a growth mindset towards level design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
