We are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to support our client’s day-to-day legal operations. In this role, you will work closely with business teams and senior stakeholders, contributing to a broad range of legal matters across the organization. Responsibilities
Provide ongoing legal support across the business, particularly in the areas of civil, commercial, and intellectual property law
Draft, review, verify, and negotiate contracts from both a legal and formal perspective
Support the creation, implementation, and maintenance of internal policies and procedures in line with applicable regulations
Identify legal risks and recommend practical, business-focused solutions
Coordinate cooperation with external law firms, including assigning work and reviewing deliverables
Requirements
Law degree in Polish law
5+ years of experience in an independent legal role
Strong knowledge of civil and commercial law
Experience with intellectual property licensing and content-related matters
Experience supporting management boards and senior stakeholders
Strong contract negotiation skills, including work on high-value commercial agreements
Ability to independently prioritize legal matters and work with limited supervision
Experience managing external counsel and legal budgets
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain legal concepts clearly to non-legal stakeholders
Very good command of English, including legal terminology
Nice to have
Experience in the video games, technology, software, or digital entertainment sectors
Previous experience in an in-house legal role
Experience with publishing, distribution, or platform agreements
Experience in corporate governance and board-level support
Familiarity with AI-related legal matters and technology regulation
Knowledge of labour law and data protection regulations
