Responsibilities
Design and implement efficient technical solutions for assets and production workflows
Support and mentor a team of Technical Artists and Technical Animators
Identify and address technical risks in the art and animation pipeline
Collaborate with artists, animators, and programmers to improve and streamline processes
Requirements
7+ years of experience as a Senior Technical Artist, with at least one shipped AAA title
Strong knowledge of Unreal Engine 5
Proven experience in asset optimization and performance profiling (e.g. Unreal Insights)
Hands-on experience with console optimization (Xbox Series S and/or PS5)
Basic understanding of rendering programming
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
Nice to Have:
Experience in Technical Animation
Familiarity with Metahuman
