Responsibilities
Lead and support a team of Technical Animators and Technical Artists
Identify pipeline bottlenecks and propose technical solutions to mitigate risks
Drive the development of efficient workflows and tools across teams
Work closely with animators, artists, and programmers to streamline processes
Requirements
7+ years of experience as a Technical Animator or Technical Artist, including senior/lead roles and at least one shipped AAA title
Strong expertise in Unreal Engine 5
Solid experience with asset and performance optimization using tools like Unreal Insights
Hands-on experience optimizing for consoles (PS5 and/or Xbox Series S)
Basic knowledge of rendering programming; Metahuman experience is a plus
Excellent communication skills in English and a proactive, solution-driven approach
