RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Guide and oversee a team of developers in building scalable, high-performance applications
• Take full ownership of web application development from initial concept through to deployment
• Hands-on involvement in coding and development using PHP (Laravel), Go, and NestJS
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to shape and manage the product roadmap

REQUIREMENTS 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
• 7+ years of practical programming experience 
• Over 2 years of experience leading development teams
• In-depth expertise in PHP (Laravel), Go, and  Node.js (NestJS) or at least most of the technologies. 
• Skilled in developing APIs and backend services
• Strong grasp of modern development methodologies
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote setting
• Demonstrated willingness and capability to engage in hands-on development tasks.
• Fluent in English
