RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the Head of Development in managing the tech team.
Improve team integration and introduce Agile/Scrum methodologies for enhanced transparency and efficiency.
Evaluate current technologies and identify needs.
Engage with stakeholders and the CEO to discuss and define the future direction of technology after onboarding and addressing pressing issues.
Provide technology support to non-PL teams, such as the marketing team with their CRM needs.
Establish and implement cybersecurity practices for the platform.
Participate in hands-on coding and code reviews to ensure high-quality software development.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in web development.
REQUIREMENTS
8+ years of experience in software development.
Proven experience as a Team Leader in a start-up or high-tech company, demonstrating significant managerial experience, high-level decision-making, and business maturity.
Expertise and interest in blockchain technologies.
Experience with Node.js, PHP/Laravel.
Demonstrated willingness and capability to engage in hands-on development tasks.
Fluent in English
Strong interpersonal and networking skills to foster teamwork and collaboration.
Being on-site in Warsaw.
