We’re looking for a Lead DevOps Engineer to shape the infrastructure behind top-tier gaming experiences. You’ll lead a growing DevOps team, define technical strategy, and build scalable systems that support game development and live operations.
Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and grow the DevOps team
Own infrastructure architecture and technical direction
Drive CI/CD, automation, and system reliability
Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams
Track and improve KPIs for deployments and incident response
Oversee hiring, onboarding, and professional development
Ensure security, scalability, and high availability across environments
Requirements
2+ years in a leadership role within DevOps or platform teams
5+ years in DevOps, Platform Architecture, or Systems Engineering
Strong technical background, including:
Linux systems and cloud infrastructure (esp. AWS)
CI/CD, monitoring, and incident response
Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform
Scalable and highly available architectures
Excellent communication and decision-making skills
Ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams
Nice to Have
Experience with game server infrastructure and scaling
Familiarity with security standards (e.g., ISO27001, SOC2)
