IT Helpdesk Specialist

Description

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and proactive IT Helpdesk Specialist to join our client team. You’ll be providing both on-site and remote support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. If you’re someone who enjoys solving technical problems, loves helping others, and isn’t afraid of a screwdriver – this role is for you.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide first and second-line IT support to the team (on-site and remote)
  • Install, configure, and maintain workstations, laptops, printers, accessories, and meeting room equipment
  • Perform diagnostics, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and carry out minor repairs and upgrades
  • Resolve IT incidents and document actions using Jira, escalating when needed
  • Take full ownership of support tickets from start to finish
  • Contribute to additional tasks or projects based on your interests and team needs

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2–3 years of experience in a similar IT support role
  • Solid knowledge of Windows Domain (user accounts, groups, permissions)
  • Strong experience with Windows 11 troubleshooting and support
  • Understanding of modern PC hardware architecture
  • Basic knowledge of networking (DHCP, DNS, VPNs)
  • Experience managing access to internal and external services (Google Workspace, Office 365, VPN tools, licensing systems)
  • Strong computer literacy and ability to quickly learn new tools
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Problem-solving mindset and strong task prioritization skills
  • Fluent Polish and good command of English (minimum B2 level)
  • Availability to work fully on-site (Mon–Fri, 9:00–17:00)

NICE TO HAVE

  • Previous experience in the game development industry
  • Familiarity with macOS
  • Experience with tools like Slack, Parsec, or Perforce Helix
