Our client is looking for an Executive Producer who can bring structure, momentum, and clarity to a growing portfolio of projects. The role combines production leadership with publishing oversight, ensuring that games move smoothly from development through launch and live operations. You will play a central role in coordinating teams, aligning external partners, and maintaining accountable project pipelines. RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and maintain production schedules across multiple parallel projects
Collaborate closely with freelancers, agencies, and other external partners, including contractual and budget responsibilities
Oversee publishing activities, ensuring marketing, PR, and release plans are executed in partnership with external teams
Manage and support a team currently of Game Designers and QAs
REQUIREMENTS
At least one commercially released PC title on Steam delivered in a production leadership capacity
Demonstrated experience managing external contributors and vendors
Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable with hands-on involvement in day-to-day delivery
Able to operate effectively within or close to the CET time zone
NICE TO HAVE
Background engaging in partnerships, business development, or similar publisher relations
Interest in or familiarity with automation or factory-building game genres
Experience supporting or launching console platforms
