Executive Producer

Description

Our client is looking for an Executive Producer who can bring structure, momentum, and clarity to a growing portfolio of projects. The role combines production leadership with publishing oversight, ensuring that games move smoothly from development through launch and live operations. You will play a central role in coordinating teams, aligning external partners, and maintaining accountable project pipelines.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and maintain production schedules across multiple parallel projects
  • Collaborate closely with freelancers, agencies, and other external partners, including contractual and budget responsibilities
  • Oversee publishing activities, ensuring marketing, PR, and release plans are executed in partnership with external teams
  • Manage and support a team currently of Game Designers and QAs

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least one commercially released PC title on Steam delivered in a production leadership capacity
  • Demonstrated experience managing external contributors and vendors
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable with hands-on involvement in day-to-day delivery
  • Able to operate effectively within or close to the CET time zone

NICE TO HAVE

  • Background engaging in partnerships, business development, or similar publisher relations
  • Interest in or familiarity with automation or factory-building game genres
  • Experience supporting or launching console platforms
