Join a leading international mobile game studio behind one of the top-grossing mid-core RPGs, looking for a Creative Producer to drive the strategy and execution of gameplay video ads. This is a high-impact role for someone with a performance marketing mindset, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of mid-core games and PvP dynamics.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and evolve the creative strategy for video ad production aligned with UA performance goals
Generate and test 10–30 creative hypotheses weekly with a fast iteration loop
Analyze ad performance data and lead data-driven iteration of concepts and formats
Monitor creative trends and explore new formats, mechanics, and concepts
REQUIREMENTS
3–5 years of experience in the game industry, preferably in mobile, mid-core projects
Hands-on experience with gameplay video advertising creatives
Proven analytical skills—must demonstrate how their work impacted UA metrics (e.g., CTR, CPI, ROAS)
Up-to-date knowledge of creative trends, formats, and what performs in today’s mobile ad ecosystem
