Creative Lead (Marketing Operations)

Description

We’re looking for a Creative Lead (Marketing Operations) to bring sustainable structure, strategic insight, and cross-team alignment to a fast-moving creative marketing department. If you’re obsessed with process optimization, KPI-driven growth, and cross-functional team collaboration, this role is for you.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build predictable and transparent creative operations across a 100+ person marketing org.
  • Audit existing workflows – identify bottlenecks and implement improvements.
  • Align UA, Analytics, and Creative teams across multiple cross-functional squads.
  • Develop value stream maps and optimise performance across creative cycles (ideation, production, testing).
  • Support smaller growth pods working on internal tools and new ad technologies.
  • Define feedback loops and A/B testing workflows to improve creative effectiveness.
  • Report directly to the CMO and collaborate on high-level operational strategy.
  • Contribute to the design of future incentive and bonus structures.

REQUIREMENTS 

  • Fluency in Russian language
  • 8+ years of experience in a similar position
  • Proven success in growth hacking or operational improvements (especially in marketing/creative teams).
  • Strong data fluency and BI tool experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to build sustainable, scalable operations.
  • Solid understanding of how UA, revenue flow, and internal team structures interconnect.
  • Experience working with KPIs, A/B testing cycles, and creative production loops.
  • English proficiency

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Background in gaming or digital product development.
  • Experience managing or optimising creative pipelines (artists, producers, animators).
  • Familiarity with iterative testing: hypothesis > test > insights > iteration.
