You will work closely with internal Art Leads, external studios, and cross-functional teams to ensure outsourced assets meet the required visual, technical, and production standards.
Responsibilities

Provide clear, actionable visual, written, and technical feedback to external artists.
Review 2D and 3D assets and identify artistic, technical, or pipeline-related issues.
Support the development and improvement of outsourcing pipelines, workflows, templates, and best practices.
Create and maintain project-specific documentation, including art feedback, reference sheets, one-sheets, and production guidelines.
Evaluate prospective vendors, support pilot tests, and establish consistent evaluation criteria.
Maintain feedback platforms, production trackers, documentation, and vendor access permissions.
Delegate and coordinate daily asset reviews when required.
Work closely with Art Leads and other departments to secure additional feedback and resolve cross-discipline dependencies.
Jump into the game engine or relevant art tools when necessary to review assets, investigate issues, or support communication.
Requirements
At least 3 years of relevant experience in similar role.
Professional experience in art outsourcing, external development, art production, or a similar role within the games industry.
Hands-on professional background in 3D art production.
Strong technical understanding of the complete 3D asset production pipeline.
Practical knowledge of current 3D tools, game engines, asset review platforms, and content production workflows.
