We’re looking for a Senior Publishing Game Designer to join our GameHouse team and own the design side of our publishing process. You’ll be the bridge between developers, business, and product, making sure every game we publish fits our vision, delights our audience, and drives trial and subscription growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Own the publishing design process – from early evaluations, to adaptation and ecosystem integration.
• Evaluate new titles – decide if a game fits our editorial line and what changes are needed to adapt it for GH+
• Guide adaptations – set design requirements, review developer proposals, and make sure integrations meet GH standards and publishing requirements
• Set the in-game checkpoints – decide where to place webviews (payments, cross-promos, ratings, ads) and brief them clearly
• Design input & documentation – create and maintain review guidelines for different game categories (premium, partner f2p, instant), provide wireframes, create/give input to GDD
• Collaborate cross-functionally – work closely with producers, biz dev, SDK/tooling teams, and external developers
• Shape our catalog – give input on genres, playstyles, and trends to watch for our future game selection
• Review & optimize – monitor live game performance and take action on design setups and future picks
• Support content features – provide design guidance for app & website experiences when needed

What You Bring:

• Strong background in game design, ideally across F2P mobile and premium games.
• Game economy design skills – you know how to monetize, balance and adapt systems.
• Analytical mindset – you can read performance data and turn it into design actions.
• Experience working across teams and with external developers
