Work mode: hybrid – 3 days per week from the Wave Office in Gdansk or Unity Office in Krakow.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with the Senior Creative Director to lead the full lifecycle of AI-generated content — from ideation and prototyping to deployment and optimization.
• Embed generative AI into creative and production workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, and quality.
• Act as a bridge between creative and technical teams, ensuring alignment across Product, Development, and Engineering.
• Champion and drive adoption of generative AI through workshops, training, and documentation.
• Produce high-quality content powered by AI across text, image, video, and audio formats.
• Build and evolve scalable design systems across products and platforms, ensuring consistency and usability.
• Promote and contribute to the Talent Share initiative, especially in Game Art delivery.
• Ensure responsible and ethical AI usage, maintaining high standards of quality, fairness, and compliance.
• Contribute to strategic vision for content supported by advanced technology and identify new opportunities for innovation.

What We’re Looking For

• Extensive knowledge of generative AI tools (e.g., GPT, Stable Diffusion, Leonardo.AI) spanning text, image, video, and audio.
• Background in creative fields (build, art direction, writing, media production) with the ability to combine creativity and AI.
• Experience producing multi-format content using AI tools, ideally within gaming or entertainment.
• Demonstrated capability to guide cross-functional cooperation between creative and technical teams.
• Experience building and scaling system frameworks, component libraries, and design tokens across platforms.
• Proficiency in build tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Blender).
• Strong communication and storytelling skills, able to explain complex AI concepts clearly.
• Understanding of data-driven creative strategies and performance optimization.
• Knowledge of AI ethics, accessibility standards, and inclusive build principles.
• Experience working in agile environments and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strategic approach, problem-solving attitude, and passion for new technologies.
