Producer – Cinematics (Mid to Senior)
Bungie is seeking a Producer to play a critical role on the Cinematics team in Destiny 2. This Producer will work as a part of the Destiny team to drive the development of future content, ensuring we ship great player experiences on time and within budget.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Help drive production of future releases for Destiny 2, ensuring that we ship great player experiences on time and within budget.
- Produce the Cinematics team efforts across all Destiny releases and manage the planning, scheduling, assigning, and tracking of detailed tasks and dependencies.
- Help drive milestone goals and schedules for the Cinematics team, in conjunction with the wider Production team and the game development timeline.
- Manage various types of cinematics in a multimedia pipeline.
- Drive contracts, plans, and schedules with external vendors.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration, and manage dependencies across multiple disciplines, teams, and stakeholders.
- Help iterate on production processes to continuously improve our velocity, collaboration, and visibility.
- Assist the Production Lead in managing production budgets, including both staff headcount and development budgets, and shaping the future Destiny roadmap.
- Work within a dedicated production team and use independent judgment when necessary.
- Ensure studio compliance with company policies and procedures.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Experience in internal games production, in a AAA setting (or equivalent).
- Product acumen in the development of multiplayer shooters, especially live service games.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with creative and technical leaders and staff.
- Ability to source vendors and manage vendor relationships.
- Plan and prepare for motion and performance capture shoots.
- Results oriented, focused, and composed under pressure.
- Ability to self-motivate and motivate others.
- Experience with complex, multi-disciplinary content pipelines.
- Hard project management skills, and data-oriented approaches to development plans.
- Great facility with Jira, Excel, Confluence, and other app suites.
NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS
- Prior experience in the development of AAA live service games and/or the film industry.
- Experience making contracts for various production roles like freelance artists, VFX houses, etc.
- Experience running a mocap stage – managing budgets, hiring support staff, etc.
- Deep understanding of both agile and waterfall methodologies.
- Passion for live service, first person shooters.
- Listed below is this role’s base pay range. In other locations that Bungie has approved for remote work, this pay range may be adjusted up to +/- 10% and some roles may be classified as non-exempt (hourly).
This range is determined by an array of factors, including training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Additionally, it is subject to change and may be modified in the future.

Bellevue Pay Range:
$149,000 – $178,000 USD
