Producer
Inferno Studios is seeking an organised, proactive and people-focused Producer to join its team in a new contract role starting in March 2026. This is a 6-month contract position with a strong possibility of extension/ becoming permanent, depending on studio needs and performance.
As a Producer, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth delivery ofpartner projects, supporting the team in planning, communication and execution. You will act as a key point of contact between our partners and the VFX team, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on scope and to Inferno’s high quality standards.
This position is fully remote, however applicants must be based in the UK or EU to be considered.
Responsibilities:
Project Delivery & Coordination
- Own day-to-day project delivery across multiple VFX projects, ensuring timelines, scope and priorities are clearly defined and managed.
- Create and maintain project schedules, milestones and task tracking in collaboration with leads and artists.
- Monitor progress, identify risks and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on track.
- Ensure clear documentation of briefs, feedback, decisions and next steps.
Communication & Project Management
- Act as a primary point of contact for partners on the projects you are assigned to.
- Schedule, attend and lead internal project calls, reviews and status updates where required.
- Communicate project progress, risks and changes clearly and professionally.
- Manage feedback loops to ensure clarity and alignment between partners and the internal team.
Team Support & Planning
- Work closely with the Managing Director and VFX team to plan resourcing and capacity across projects.
- Support & organise task estimation, scoping and prioritisation in collaboration with the VFX team.
- Help create a positive, focused production environment that enables artists to do their best work and collaborate effectively.
Process & Continuous Improvement
- Support the development and refinement of studio production workflows and processes in collaboration with the other members of the production team.
- Contribute to improving project visibility, efficiency and team communication.
- Maintain awareness of best practices in production for game development/ creative service delivery.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in a Producer, Project Manager or Production Coordinator role within the games industry.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience working directly with partners/ key stakeholders or external teams.
- Confident working within a MS Eco-System (e.g. Outlook, Office, Teams, Loop etc..)
- Confident using production and tracking tools (e.g. Teamwork, ShotGrid, Jira, Asana, Notion or similar).
- A calm, proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem solving.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience and/or understanding of the creation process for real-time VFX or other game-related content.
- Understanding of creative and production workflows and pipelines used in game development.
- Experience working in a AAA environment and/ or working with boutique service providers.
- Interest in games, real-time technology and/ or emerging creative tools.
