Founded in 2012, Anshar Studios is looking for a talented Producer to join our team in Katowice.

Currently, we’re employing over 160 specialists in our studio in Katowice and we are very open to new talented developers willing to join us.

Responsibilities:

• Project management with Lean or Agile methodologies – depending on the project
• Facilitating the entire production process
• On-time and on-budget delivery in the parameters and powers given by the Studio Head
• Handling 1-2 projects simultaneously
• Maintaining transparency about project status and context to the team, executives and Production Head

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of game industry experience on a similar position (producer, team leader, scrum master etc.)
• Minimum 1 credited commercially released title
• Good understanding of the Scrum and Kanban methodologies
• Good understanding of the video game development process
• Perfect communication skills
• Intermediate English (B1/B2 level)
• Intermediate Polish (min. B2 level)

Pluses:

• Education in related fields (video game development or project management)
• Fluent English (C1/C2 level)
