We’re looking for a LiveOps & Game Analyst Lead to join our team and work on a new casual, cartoon-style project that combines elements of drama, humor, fun, and location restoration.

This is a high-impact role, where you will shape the LiveOps approach from the early stages and drive the development of product analytics on the project.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Sees player behavior behind the numbers
• Wants to experiment, not just maintain the status quo
• Is ready to take ownership of team results.

Responsibilities:

• LiveOps (primary focus at the start):
• Build and manage the LiveOps calendar
• Plan, launch, and optimize in-game events
• Run experiments and analyze results
• Evaluate LiveOps performance.

Product Analytics:

• Develop the analytics function on the project
• Analyze product metrics with the team and identify growth opportunities
• Build and maintain dashboards
• Generate hypotheses and provide product recommendations
• Collaborate with the Producer and Game Designers on decision-making.
