Junior B2B Marketing Exec

We are looking for a junior marketing exec to own our b2b activity on LinkedIn, our website and social channels. This will involve promoting the work Reach does with its clients, the company culture, highlighting our services and expertise, and helping to raise the company’s profile. Effectiveness in the role will require becoming embedded in the Reach team and its culture – this is an excellent opportunity to learn about the processes throughout a creative agency and become familiar with our various contracts and clients. While b2b output will remain the focus, this familiarity could extend into collaboration in ideation on other contracts.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who takes pride in their work and is keen to get their hands dirty. They will be adaptable, agile and open – excited to learn and ready to shape the role and the processes associated with it. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must, as is creativity. You are not expected to be an expert in LinkedIn yet – but you are expected to become one. A strong understanding of content trends on social media, wider trends in video games and entertainment, and an expertise in general popular culture are a plus. We need someone with strong ideas and opinions, passionate about delivering superb content, and who gets deeply invested in projects. We expect candidates to strive for excellence at all times, and will support them to do that.

Responsibilites

  • Create, manage and maintain a calendar of b2b activity
  • Meet regularly with teams to populate LinkedIn feed, website and deck case studies
  • Co-ordinate with internal teams to collect assets and copy for case studies and posts
  • Write post copy and develop the company TOV
  • Create and maintain a process for regular website and creds deck updates
  • Conduct monthly reports on output and adapt strategy accordingly
  • Conduct regular benchmarking against competitors
  • Develop and maintain an excellent understanding of LinkedIn algorithm and best practices

Ideal skills & requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • An interest in culture, entertainment and fandoms
  • Editorial creativity – ability to originate video and social ideas and formats and offer collaborative insight
  • Experience of self-motivation, working without supervision, preferable
  • Incredible organisational skills and an ability to work to strict deadlines
  • Experience with WordPress websites a plus
  • A knowledge of video and still image editing software preferable

Salary:

£26,000 p/a
