I am looking for a Game Developer to help me build an original, ambitious title. This is a serious, long-term commitment, taking the project from initial concept all the way to launch.

Zakres współpracy:

• Współtworzenie mechanik rozgrywki
• Implementacja systemów gameplayowych
• Udział w decyzjach projektowych (nie „klepanie tasków”)
• Optymalizacja i rozwój projektu na kolejnych etapach

Scope of Work:

• Co-designing core gameplay mechanics.
• Implementing gameplay systems.
• Participating in key design decisions (this isn’t just “ticking off tasks”).
• Optimization and project scaling through all development stages.

Wymagania:

• Doświadczenie w tworzeniu gier (indie / komercyjne / własne projekty)
• Bardzo dobra znajomość jednego silnika: Unity / Unreal Engine / Godot
• Umiejętność samodzielnej pracy i dowożenia feature’ów
• Myślenie projektowe, nie tylko techniczne
• Portfolio lub gry, które można zobaczyć / ograć

Requirements:

• A track record in game dev (indie, commercial, or solid solo projects).
• Deep knowledge of Unity, Unreal Engine, or Godot.
• Ability to work independently and deliver features reliably.
• A product-focused mindset, not just a technical one.
• A collection of work or playable demos I can check out.
