We’re looking for a Community Manager to join our Consumer team, who knows what it takes to build and grow thriving communities on Discord. Maybe you’ve already worked in community management, or maybe you’ve been running servers in your own time and want to take it further.

Main Responsibilities:
You’ll be the bridge between our clients and their communities. Your work will include:
- Build, manage and optimise Discord communities that bring fans closer to brands
- Design and deliver community activations that spark genuine connection and ongoing engagement
- Recruit, onboard and manage moderator teams that keep communities safe and welcoming spaces
- Implement technical changes and solutions to meet client needs quickly
- Prepare reports that highlight server insights, trends and strategic value for clients
- Work with our Product team to shape Levellr’s product and future strategy with client and community feedback
You Bring
- 2+ years of experience in community management
- Deep Discord expertise—roles, permissions, bots, commands, and shortcuts
- Excellent writing skills for preparing guides, reports, and server content
- Strong organisational habits and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- A proactive, self-starting attitude and hunger to learn fast
Bonus points if you:
- Have run your own Discord server or been an active member in several.
- Have experience with Notion, data analysis, or custom bot builds.
- Have demonstrated experience with blue-chip brands.
- Skilled at formulating client or community feedback into effective product feature requests.

What we value:
- We have ownership. We embrace change and take bold risks.
- We get shit done. We have a bias for action and love creating value from our code and our conversations.
- We disagree and commit. We give radically honest feedback and challenge assumptions, then get behind the result & move on.
- We grow in uncertainty. We listen to market feedback and iterate continuously to build products our customers love.
- We care. We care about our team and our community/(ies).
We are an equal opportunity employer aiming to build a diverse team. We do not discriminate on the basis of ethnicity, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, or disability status. We’re open and inclusive, and it’s important to us that you are too.
