Associate Producer

Work mode: hybrid – 3 days per week from the Wave Office in Gdansk or Unity Office in Krakow.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with key stakeholders to deliver the roadmap across the full lifecycle of a live game
  • Coordinate the delivery of multiple features and initiatives, ensuring quality and timely execution
  • Support the team day-to-day, offering guidance, mentorship, and course correction where needed
  • Maintain clear, consistent communication with leadership and cross-functional collaborators
  • Act as a key link between the Product Owner and the development team
  • Proactively identify and remove blockers to enable smooth delivery and team efficiency
  • Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Balance product priorities with team capacity and velocity
  • Promote a healthy team environment built on trust, motivation, and continuous improvement
  • Ensure alignment with studio standards, processes, and procedures
  • Collaborate with the Production Director to refine and document workflows

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and collaborator leadership skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams
  • Experience in mobile game production, including full-cycle development and/or live operations
  • Proven track record to run and support team delivery in a fast-paced, Agile environment
  • Proven understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, sprint planning, backlog management)
  • Sophisticated experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a flat organizational structure with high ownership and autonomy
  • Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
  • Proficient English, both written and spoken

Nice to have:

  • PMP and/or Scrum certification
  • Experience in social casino development
