Associate Producer

As an Associate Producer at Secret Mode, you will be instrumental in keeping our projects on track and running efficiently. Working closely with the Production team and other departments, you’ll coordinate meetings, monitor development schedules, and share updates across departments. Your strong attention to detail will help you spot and resolve scheduling conflicts, capacity challenges, and goal misalignments, while also contributing to risk assessment and mitigation efforts. By taking a proactive stance, you’ll play a key role in refining our processes and driving meaningful improvements in project delivery.

This role will require you to be onsite at our Leamington studio several times per month. Please note that this role is only open to applicants who have the right to work in the UK. We are currently unable to offer sponsorship or consider applications from outside the UK.

In your new role you will:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between studios/developers and the publishing team, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Lead communication and collaboration between development teams, and internal departments to ensure all stakeholders are aligned throughout the production lifecycle.
  • Facilitate cross-functional teams to plan, launch, and update our PC and console games.
  • Communicate project status, highlighting risks and mitigating actions
  • Create and maintain project schedules
  • Identify potential challenges or delays and propose solutions to mitigate impact.
  • Coordinate patches, updates, and DLC releases.
  • Organize and coordinate with translation teams to ensure the game materials are accurately localized for target markets.
  • Drive regular planning, status updates, and post-mortems to keep teams informed and aligned.

To be successful you will have:

  • Experience or demonstrable understanding of game development and production practices
  • An understanding of project management fundamentals.
  • Great communication skills, using a diplomatic and understanding approach to support your colleagues and partners.
  • An open, positive and collaborative attitude.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Confluence.
  • A strong desire to independently learn and develop new skills.
  • Highly organized, with a proactive approach to gathering and sharing information effectively.

Nice to have:

  • Experience working in a game development related role (e.g Production, QA, Art, Design)
