RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build Unreal plugin in C++.
  • Collaborate with game developers to enhance game mechanics.
  • Implement new features with integration, performance, and scalability in mind.
  • Develop an agile environment, shaping product trajectory.
  • Mentor and delegate tasks to foster team’s professional growth.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Unreal Engine and C++ programming (going beyond proficiency in Blueprints alone).
  • Proven track record of building software as part of a collaborative team.
  • Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming principles and best practices.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, in a remote environment.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced environment.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience building Unreal plugins.
  • Previous game development industry experience, ideally in a large studio (AAA).
