Description

The client is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to drive full-cycle hiring efforts for technical roles. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR to source top talent, shape processes, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
 
This is a hybrid role in Warsaw and requires fluent Polish and English.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own and manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
• Source candidates through diverse channels and maintain talent pipelines
• Coordinate interviews, evaluate candidate fit, and support offer processes
• Ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience at every stage

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years in full-cycle recruitment in gaming industry
• Hands-on experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
• Proficient in Polish and English, with strong communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and execution mindset
• Ability to build solid relationships with hiring teams and candidates
