Senior Business Development Manager (Turkey)

Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute a business development strategy for Playtest and User Acquisition models, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with product and operations teams to refine offerings based on market feedback.
  • Generate pricing quotes and negotiate contracts, add-ons, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Travel to industry conferences and client offices to establish relationships with key decision-makers.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Speaking Turkish fluently
  • Experience working in the gaming industry, with exposure to international gaming markets.
  • Proven experience in customer engagement, sales, or business development.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data tools (Excel, CRM systems, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Passion for understanding customer psychology and enhancing their experience.
