We are looking for a Community Specialist to manage, grow, and engage Stormind Games’ online communities. This role is key to building authentic relationships with players, fostering meaningful conversations and strengthening a strong sense of belonging across all community platforms.

What you will do

• Develop and execute community strategies for Stormind Games and its titles, creating engaging and impactful content
• Manage and moderate communities across key platforms (Discord, Steam, Reddit, etc.), ensuring a welcoming, transparent, and respectful environment
• Foster daily engagement by interacting with players, encouraging discussions and maintaining an active community presence
• Monitor player sentiment, gather feedback and communicate insights, issues and opportunities to internal teams
• Track and report on community growth and engagement metrics, using data to continuously improve performance
• Stay up to date with industry trends, gaming culture and competitor activities to refine community strategies
• Handle sensitive situations and crisis scenarios with professionalism, protecting and strengthening the brand reputation
• Craft clear, empathetic and on-brand communications tailored to different audiences and platforms

Requirements

• Proven experience in dedicated community management for highly engaged groups
• Strong expertise in Discord management, moderation tools, and community engagement best practices
• Fluent English (C1 or higher), with excellent written communication skills
• Proven ability to create initiatives that drive community growth and engagement
• Deep understanding of gaming culture, trends and platforms (Discord, Reddit, Steam Hub, TikTok)
• Experience in analyzing community sentiment and translating insights into actionable improvements
• Background in the gaming industry
• Ability to manage challenging situations and crisis communication effectively
• Basic video/photo editing

About the company

We are an independent AA studio creating original and licensed horror games for PC and consoles. We’re best known for the survival horror saga Remothered and A Quiet Place: The Road Ahead, the first-person horror adventure based on the Paramount Pictures franchise.
